SpaceGlow allows users to upload photos and generate AI-based room redesign images.
The service operates using a credit-based system where one credit equals one image generation.
2. Accounts
To use certain features you may need to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
3. Credits and Payments
Credits may be purchased through the platform using Stripe.
Credits:
- Are used to generate images
- May be consumed when generation is initiated
- Are generally non-refundable once used
Credits are digital goods. If a technical issue consumes credits without producing a result, you may contact support and we may restore the credits at our discretion.
Pricing may change at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SpaceGlow to upload or generate content that:
- Violates any law
- Infringes intellectual property
- Contains harmful or abusive content
- Attempts to abuse or overload the system
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. AI Generated Content
Generated images are created by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or suitable for real-world use.
SpaceGlow provides the service "as is" without guarantees of specific results.
Generated content is intended for visualization and inspiration purposes only. Users are responsible for verifying any design or construction decisions before applying them in real-world environments.
6. Generated Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of images they upload to SpaceGlow.
Images generated by the service may be used by the user for personal or commercial purposes. SpaceGlow does not claim ownership over generated results but may store them in order to provide features such as generation history and the user gallery.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceGlow shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data
- Service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
8. Service Availability
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
